CebuVA and VirtualAgentOS respect your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information you provide when you request information, submit an application, book a call, or participate in a CebuVA program.

Information We Collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, location, professional profile links, work history, skills, equipment readiness, availability, goals, resume or CV, referral source, and answers to application or qualification questions.

For a CebuVA Career Pathways Call, we may also record your agreement to appear in a TikTok Live interview or recording and your confirmation that you are at least 18 years old. This consent applies only when clearly requested during career-call booking.

How We Use Information

We use information to review applications and qualifications, recommend appropriate pathways, create or update a VirtualAgentOS contact record, manage appointments and requested follow-up, prevent duplicate records, measure referral sources, improve our programs, and meet legal, safety, security, and compliance obligations.

Submitting information does not guarantee employment, placement, clients, income, training admission, compensation, or any particular result.

Communications And Consent

We may send administrative messages needed to process your application or appointment. Promotional email, text, or WhatsApp messages require the appropriate consent and opt-out method. Promotional consent is not required to submit an application.

TikTok Live And Recording

TikTok Live consent is requested only for CebuVA career interviews that may be streamed or recorded. We do not intentionally display private contact information, addresses, resumes, or private documents during a public interview. A private alternative may be offered when available, but is not guaranteed.

Service Providers

We use service providers for forms, scheduling, calendars, video meetings, customer relationship management, file storage, analytics, communications, hosting, and security. Access is limited to people and systems that need the information for an approved purpose. We do not sell applicant contact information as a standalone product.

Retention And Security

We keep information as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legitimate business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no Internet service can promise absolute security.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to identity verification and legitimate legal or recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask what communication preferences are stored on your record.
